Functions can be held exclusively in the Santa Fe Restaurant, the Underground Cellar and the Santa Fe Alfresco area

THE UNDERGROUND CELLAR
The cellar is licensed for 60 people, or 40 seated with full table service and on one of our set menus.
It is a unique dining experience set among our huge selection of great red wines.
A non-refundable deposit/room hire of $250 is required to hold the cellar for you.
The minimum number of persons required to book the cellar exclusively is 12.
For bookings over 12 adults you have various function menus to choose from. The food account must be settled no later than one week prior to the booking and this is to allow for staffing and food ordering.
For anyone wanting to book the cellar for under the minimum of 12 people you will be required to pay a $500 deposit.
Drink requirements and tab limit must be organised in advance of the event.
Alternatively, businesses etc. may confirm numbers in writing one week prior to the date as a guarantee for payment on the night and strictly no cancellations after this time.
The cellar is set at a constant temperature for the red- wine so it is advised to bring a light jacket.

THE SANTA FE RESTAURANT
The Santa Fe is licensed for 80 people and can accommodate 65 seated.
For functions of up to 12 people you can use the a la carte menu but for bookings over 12 people you must use one of our function menus. A deposit of $250 is required to hold the date for you and only refundable one week prior to the event when settling the food account from a set menu or from the total account at the end of your function there will be a cancellation fee of $20 per person for non attendance if not notified prior to the date of the function.
Alternatively, businesses etc. may confirm numbers in writing one week prior to the date as a guarantee for payment on the night and strictly no cancellations after this time.
SANTA FE EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE FUNCTION
You have the option of holding an exclusive private function in the Santa Fe Restaurant for your party and a deposit/room hire fee of $1500 is required to hold the room and this date.The deposit will only be refunded from your total food account which must be settled no later than one week prior to the event. (This is to allow for food ordering and staffing requirements).
We have a variety of function menus to peruse and any special needs can be organised through our restaurant manager prior to the food account settlement.
NOTE: If your food settlement is under $1500 the balance will be deducted from the drink account at completion of your function.
Drink requirements regarding choices, tab limits or split tabs need to be discussed in advance with restaurant manager.

THE SANTA FE ALFRESCO AREA
The alfresco area is on three levels and will hold around 80 people or 65 seated. It is licensed until 12am Monday to Thursday,and Friday and Saturday night until 2am.
The alfresco has fans, lighting and a mister system.
You can hire this area exclusively for a deposit /minimum total spend of $1500 covering food and drinks.
We have a numberof function menus, platters, buffet and other food selections for you.
All function food accounts must be settled no later than one week prior to the event for staffing and food ordering. Any balance after food settlement will be deducted from the total drink account at the end of your function.
The drink requirements, tab limits etc. need to be organised with the restaurant manager prior to the event.

THE PITSTOP BAR
Functions can also be arranged in the Pit Stop Bar but cannot be exclusive in this area. Food platters and the Pit Stop Menu are both available for your food choice. You can also arrange topay for an Exotic Dance show or Topless bar maids in this bar for a special function.
